Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Abdominal Pain

i have been having problems with my stomach, it has been bloated, very sensitive to a touch, it use to hurt to go to the restroom #2 not extreme pain but small pain.. did couple of remedies like taking vegatable juice which havw help but i still notice that i have a bulge below belly button. I have felt it then it goes away but now I feel it again.. please help
