Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Dizziness
I made a breakfast shake with 2 Tablespoons of ground chia seed, 1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil, 1 Tablespoon almond butter, 1/2 cup blueberries and 2 scoops of rice protein powder. I drank it down and left for work. Almost immediately I felt my heart starting to race (I only had 1/2 cup of coffee). My stomach was a little upset and I was dizzy. Within the hour I noticed a small reddish patch at the outside corner of my eye. I wiped it to see if it was makeup. Nope. Just a reddish mark with no reason for it. I wound up taking the Benedryl a collegue offered. It helped enough for me to continue working for the day. Although I still feel a little racey and can't think straight. Also had trouble speaking when I answered the phone. Can you tell me what happened to me?
