Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating, Constipation And Colon Infection

I have had stomach bloating last 2 years, trouble going to bathroom, my aunt died of pollio, the doctors said my colon had a vey bad infection, my colon muscles are partially paralized, I have no appitite anymore, and I get very tired more, getting sleepy, this has been ongoing for 2 years, Sleep Apnia only 8, not Celiac either, but I did have an street bike accident in 2008, I was fine until i got sunburnt really bad, I have seen 8 doctors, I see a new one next week anyhow.
