Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating

When I go to bed I bloat and cannot get wind up, lately I have had pains in the chest which go to the back and arms and throat I have a damaged osoperhous sorry for the spelling and l have nearly nil latose intolerance I have kept off all food with latose in them as I read the labels on all products
