Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Tender Nipples While On Birth Control

I been bleeding since dec. 17 to the middle of february but i was on birth control and it didn't help at all. Itz been almost a month now and I have cramps that comes and goes but they are very mild and I'll get an upset stomach sometimes. sometimes without touching my breast they hurt around the nipple area. I go to sleep and wake up still tired ready to go back to sleep but i never do and when i smoke a cigarette i feel so light headed and sometimes sick. Please help me!!!
