Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps In A Child

my 2 year old daughter has been suffering from cramps for almost a month .we tried all the test all where fine.but her early morning cramps continue.doctor has prescribed lanzol 15.today dint give her she woke up crying. how long can I give her lanzol 15..what is her problem .please help
