Suggest Treatment For Stomach Flu

My 3 year old daughter had a stomach flu during Christmas and ever since then, she complains about a stomach ache after she eats anything. She has normal bowel movements, no diarrhea, no constipation. And although she says she's going to throw up, she never does. She was always able to eat any kinds of food before her flu, but now she just complains. What could be the cause?
