Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain After Gallbladder Removal

I had my gallbladder removed three weeks ago. I was feeling pretty good so I returned to work, however there was a fire in our building and a co-worker who is a big guy grabbed me around my middle and dragged me out now my stomach hurts where I had the surgery. Should I be concerned? also it hurts when I sit up all day at my desk.
