Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Fever

my 12 year old grandson started with a stomach pain above his belly button to his chest around 5:15 PM tonight following a 13 minute bike ride on our street. Papa said it was funny that he was wanting to end early since this is not his character. At 6 PM he refused dinner sharing about his stomach hurting. I could hear gurgling in his stomach when I laid my ear to his stomach. At 8:30 PM, he was still not asleep saying his stomach hurt too bad to sleep. By 9:30 PM he started throwing up which continued until now. He has not been to sleep yet, and is normally totally asleep by 8:00 PM if not earlier. He s complaining of the pain in his stomach, dizziness, no fever however he keeps saying he is hot.
