Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Headaches

I have been having stomach pain on & off & awful headaches.. Could not sleep from pain threw the night. Chills & sweats. Have not eaten much all ate today was half cup of soup & part of a salad. My belly is ballooned out I look pregnant Have not moved bowls much & can hardly pass gas. Sore throat & very sick to my stomach :(
