Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Hives

My eight year old just got over a 7 day stomach bug still some belly pain and over last 3 days she randomly breaks out in horrible hives and itch her skin terribly. She has a tree nut allergy and milk allergy but she did not any thing like that..she is on the BRATS diet still. Also has 99-100 fever still
