Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Swollen Ankles

Hi I need bit help my other half is in pain with his stomach and swelling on his ankles he has took different pain killers every four hours he has been in tears with it every time he lays on it it is not that bad but as soon as he gets of it he is in a lot of pain again need some advice
