Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting

I had a nissen fundoplicaton procedure 2 years ago... recently gerd has gotten real bad . And my stomach is really hurting. I feel like I could vomit at any time. Is there something besides Tums that I can take? What can I do to make this horrible feeling go away? ~ Connie
