Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain Below Navel

I m 25 year old male with stomach pain right below my belly button to my right side constantly. I have tried eating more fiber that just makes it worse and when I pick up something heavy it really hurts. This has been going on since November and I don t want to see a doctor to just be told I m constipated . What should I do?
