Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain

hello, my 4y/o daughter complains of stomachache everymorning and then she has soft stool for 3days now.i had her stool examined and found fat globules in it with fecal rbc of 0-1hpf and pus cells of 0-1hpf.she doesnt like to eat much and at dawn she's irritable and complains of stomachache.please help me asap. thanks
