Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Diarrhea

Hi Doc, My hubby is having a stomach upset since this morning and it is in relation to Gastritis... He has not had his breakfast for the same reason as he fears going to the toilet again and again. Please suggest a home remedy or an effective equivalent medicine to cure this ASAP, I cannot see him like this :(
