Suggest Treatment For Stomatitis

I am facing problem of stomatitis and some minor ulceration in mouth for several weeks. I am a chronic patient of amoebiasis. Have taken folic acid+vit.B12 for some time. Currently I am taking Metrogyl 200 mg three times a day plus Becasoule; jave been advised to take ViBact IBS as well. Shall like your advice on the medicine schedule as also about the efficacy of this treatment.
