Suggest Treatment For Strech Marks On Legs

I have severe deep strech marks all down the bk of my legs and they are really getting me down i havent been able to wear a skirt or shorts or even go swimming.
i have asked a surgen online if there was anything they could do and they told me to speak to a dermatolgist.
Could you help me ?
