Suggest Treatment For Strengthening The Knee Ligament

Hi Dr. I have a small accident yesterday I have visited a hospital the doctor told that the knee ligament is loose, and suggested rest and given some pain killer but I am not having pain. can you please suggest any medicine to strengthening the ligament.
