Suggest Treatment For Strep And Sore Throat

I have been sick since Friday. I had one emesis early Friday evening, but seemed okay the rest of the night. Saturday we worked on my basement, there was a lot of black mold that was removed. Unsure if this is related or not, but my Husband reminded me of this fact this am. Late Saturday night I went to the ER, I had a fever of about 104, headache, cough and just plain did not feel well. They did urine, flu test, and a strep test. Also a chest x ray, they said everything else was normal, but the x ray they thought showed a sml patch of pnemonia. So they gave me Vicodin and Doxy. Sunday was horrible, I had extreme chills that caused rigor and I could just not get warm, the head pain, chest pain and neck pain intensified. Monday at 2:30 I went to a PCP. He said that my WBC and platelets were elevated, but his x ray showed no pneumonia. He implied that I had a sore throat, which has yet to appear and dx me with an upper resp. infection. He then changed my antibiotic to a Z pac. I have taken the Vicodin for only break through pain, antibiotics as instructed,, and also Ibuprofen. I am still running a fever of over 102, chills are still happening with a flush of warm occasionally. Still having the headache, neck pain and stiffness, but I am able to bend it forward. Chest pain is immense, shortness of breath, and feel the stomach pain of nausea, but have yet to vomit today. When I cough the back pain is horrible, feeling like a rib is going to puncture my lung. Please help, I would really like to work tomorrow. Thank you.
