Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat And Ear Infection

My 6 year old daughter has in the past 7 weeks had strep throat (10 of amoxicillin) then an ear infection (5 days amoxicillin and drops) Now has been getting these hives on her back in the evenings, they go away after her bath. Her grandma (who has been watching her recently) has shingles.. Could this be shingles? Also, now I am worried about her amune system(she has been sick so often and now this)
