hi my name is jessica i feel likemy hart is expanding in my chest and like its going to explode. I have no problems breathing but its really hurts bad. I recently got prscribes antibiotics for strep throat and a sinus infetion plus im already on pain medicine for my back oxycodone 30mg. Can u help me
