Suggest Treatment For Stress And Pinching Sensation In Left Breast

female, age 58, father ,his sister, and little brother died of massive heart . my father died at age 60.

I have been feeling really really tired and being under alot of stress.

I have been feeling a pinching sensation under my left breast for about 2 days,

and it has now moved to the center of my breast bone. Not breath taking pain,

but enough to get my attention. My appetite has increased, and I feel very thirsty at night. I take cymbalta,strattera, and zoldipem.

I guess I scared because I turn 59 in eight days. Thanks
