Suggest Treatment For Stress And Sleep Apnea

I m a 46 year old male a bit overweight (20lbs) but very active daily (12,000 steps per day at work), high stress but normally fine. I have mild sleep apnea and just started using a CPAP a week ago for mild seep apnea. Two nights ago I was lying down with cpap on and almost fell asleep but noticed my heart pounding ( I have a pulse oximeter) and put it on and saw that my HR was up at 130 and took a few minutes to come back to normal. It cam down, I calmed down and went to sleep. Last night was fine, then tonight I felt fatigued went to bed, put mask on (congested tonight with bit of cold) and about 20 minutes in, again my heart started rushing and this time I went all the way up to an HR of 146. MY BP after resting for a bit was 136/95. I have had some panic attacks in the past, but not for a long time (8 months) I am calm now but completely freaked out. Do I wait until tomorrow and call a cardiologist or go to emergency room. I have had a cardiac CT due to acute chest pain done 1.5 years ago and there was 0 pack and I was completely cleared, said issue was unknown. I did go to ER 3 months ago because of 5 days of chest pain and once again cleared but told costochondritis likely. It s 230 am and I really don t want to go to er, but afraid to go to sleep.
