Suggest Treatment For Stretch Marks On Stomach Area

i have quite a lot of stretch marks on my stomach after two pregnancies and im quite overweight. I have noticed a small pea sized rubbery lump under a bit of the stretchmarks..it isnt sore or red just noticed it when i was prodding my tummy.I thought it was related to the particular thick stretchmark it is under?
