Suggest Treatment For Stretch Marks On The Thighs

I have really bad stretch marks on my thighs, spreading to my calves, my hips and bum, and irregular periods, but also have random bleeding through the month! I was thinking of going to get tested for polycystic ovaries , but also have the nexplanon implant, which I've had for two years! Any connection to the stretch marks and bleeding? Is there a chance I have PCOS?
