Suggest Treatment For Strong Smell From Vagina

hay, my vagina is too big aftre delivery my son even smell is too strong i try to clean every time but nothing i test if i have infection nothing , my husband is not happy with me anymore becouse he say my smell is too strong. now i don,t know what is my problem but when i was in the labour for c-section delivery my twins i heard dr said to nurse's that "mmh! smell is too bad" and i asked dr and he respond that smell was come from the baby bag not me since then is shem even to use public restroom please help me if possible, i am 28 now.
