Suggest Treatment For Stuck Bone Inside Throat

I think I have a small bone of meat stuck on my throat en it's been 3 days now. I have tried taking lots of water,swallowing a large portion of bread but I can still feel the bone...what else can I try. Can a particle of food get stuck in the epiglottis
