Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose With Shortness Of Breath

Hi for the last few months I've had a stuffy nose and was told its because of allergies and it's rhinitis. Recently its been waking me because I can't breathe! Doctor has prescribed antihistamines but they are not helping I'm so tired all the time
