Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose

I always have blocked nose. I ment to say that one of my nostrils either the left one or right remains blocked all the time. I never had both my nostrils unblocked without taking otrivin(xylometazoline hydroxide). How to cure this without talking otrivin?
