Suggest Treatment For Stuttering In A 2 Year Old

I have noticed that my little 26 month old nephew clenches his hands facing backwatds diwn by his sudes when ge runs. He has also been stuttering. He LOVES being read to, prefers books to toys and began speaking in complete sentences when he was 17 months old. He was walking at 81/2 months old . Should we be concerned? Is he too you g to be evaluated by a Language/speech pathologist?
