Suggest Treatment For Sudden Eruptions On Face

From last 3-4 days, my skin at around 3 places on the face have shown sudden disruption and it seems to be expanding.

It kind of irritates sometimes and the upper skin layer is also easily removed.

Please suggest me what medicines should I take as I need to attend a function after 5 days.
