Suggest Treatment For Sun Allergy And Dry Skin

Hello Doctor,
My name is Abhishek Tyagi.My age is 17 years.My weight is 60 kg's and height is about 5'8.
From past 2 years i have been suffering from sun allergy.Whenever i go out in the sun my whole body feels burning sensation and even those parts of my body feels burning sensation which are covered by clothes.I haven’t experienced any rashes or scars till now.But i feel itchyness when i come out from bathing and specially after using soaps.I have a very dry skin.But i drink a lot of water.Moreover area around my waist and stomach is little bit dark in colour as compared to other parts of my body
I want tell you that 2 years ago i used moisturizers in overlimit.And i used to wash my face and hands immidiately after coming out from sun exposure which i think is the main cause of my sun allergy AND now i can’t even stand in the sun for even a single minute.

I had few treatments of sun allergy in homeopathic in the past but i am not cured yet.I wish If u could understand my Disease..
