Suggest Treatment For Sunburn

Hello! i got sunburned 3 days ago, and the bottom of my legs & my feet got burned the worst. My feet have been extremely swollen for the past 3 days and its hard to walk and move my toes. what should i do? i have been taking advil & using solarcaine, and it does not seem to be helping.
