Suggest Treatment For Sunburn

Hi, I'm a 26 yr old female who got a pretty bad sunburn 3 days ago. Today I woke up with a sore throat, chills, and a fever. And my sun burn hurts the worst it has in the past 3 days. I've taken some Ibruprofen, which has taken my fever down, but I was just wondering if I should see a doctor or wait it out.
