Suggest Treatment For Sunburn

I am 21 weeks pregnant and got a really bad sunburn on my thighs from sitting at the park with my son for 45 minutes with out sunscreen. It is really painful to stand/walk/ or for anything to touch my legs, I have tried using apple cider vinegar, aloe, and oatmeal baths, but I am still in severe pain, what else can I use that is safe for use during pregnancy? (I am 25 years old, 130 pounds and 5'5" tall)
