Suggest Treatment For Surface Healing Of Pilonidal Sinus Operation

i had a pilonidal sinus operation leaving an open wound in december 2009. it has heald the cavity but has not heald the surface. i have a small seepage daily and every other day it starts to scab but the scab gets damp with sweat or when i have to wash the area because of the seeping. any ideas please because it has been an awful long time and still is sore because of the lack of surface healing.
