Suggest Treatment For Swallowing Of Plastic Paper By An Infant

My 16 month old swallowed a piece of the wrapper to a lollipop earlier today like 5 hours ago she threw up like 30 minutes ago and i fed her like 15 minutes ago since she asked for my breast she threw up again rightnow should i take her to the emergency room is there any way it can get stuck in her tummy? Oooh after she swallowed it she did have 4 poopy diapers...
