Suggest Treatment For Sweating, Heart Palpitations And Tiredness When Treating Graves Disease

I have Graves that was treated with medication for 12 years it has been in remission for two years. Six months ago my tsh was 1.50 t4 1.20 and t3 93. As of last week it was tsh .82 t4 free 1.1 and t3 of .92. Since my tsh has decreased so quickly in the last few months is it possible the hyperthyroidism is coming back? Recently, I have become symptomatic; sweating, heart palpitations, feeling if something stuck in my throat as well as tired.
