Suggest Treatment For Sweating

I received breast implants in '06. Afterwards, I notice that I have excessive sweating under my breasts - enough to be visible on the outside of my shirt. Is there anything that I can do to help this? Most women have shirts they can't wear bras with, and I have many in the summer like this.
