Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Blisters On Hand

I have recently got blisters on my left hand below my finger where the palm connects (from motocross). The blisters are on my middle, ring and pinky finger. I tried to pop the blisters with a needle, no fluid of any kind came out and now my hand has swollen around where my palm and finger connects. Should i do anything to help the swelling subside?
