Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise On Middle Knuckle After Boxing

Ok I have been boxing for the past couple of weeks and now my knuckle (middle) is swollen and bruised, only hurts when touched, people are telling me it s just bruised and it ll go away and others are saying it s a pinched nerve and has to be treated and won t go away if not treated, I need some help
