Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruising In Leg After An Ankle Injury

I rolled my ankle two days ago. The injury came with a loud pop followed by swelling and bruising. I have iced and elevated it and have crutches. While walking around the house for short periods the foot changes color. Purple, also the leg below the knee is tingly to the toes while at rest. It is also sour to the hip what would you suggest I do. I don't want to go see a Dr for a sprain
