Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruising On Toe And Tightness In Calf

Dropped table on top of my foot, slight swelling and bruising and can t move small toe, pain when I try to move my foot but I can walk on it but I have a tightness in my calf and pain in my calf when I walk, it s been 48 hours since I did this could I have damaged something or just a sprain
