Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bump On Buttocks After Injury

Hi I fell down the stairs last week. I bruised my buttox quite badly. The bruise is beginning to heal however the bump/lump that appeared still remains and is now becoming quite painful. My concern is that this bump will not go away. Shouldn't the swelling have dissapated by now?
