Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Burning Sensation In Feet

I am not sure if I have this diease or not or if it is related to my blocked artery in my left leg .I have had a stent inserted into my right leg a year ago,but the surgeon said he couldn t stent the left leg as it is blocked from the aorta to the knee.My last test showed the blood flow in my left leg is at 29% and he said that is still considered stable.My problem is my both feet burn & feel swollen all the time or they are ice cold burning.So,I m not sure what to do now about my feet.
