Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Burning Sensation In Vagina?

I shave my vagina hair 3 days ago. for the past two days the lip on the left side of the vagina has been swollen. It's hard, and sensitive. Yesterday I tried to insert a tiny hole with a burned alcohol pen tip to see if puss would come out. No such luck. Today the skin has broken. the swelling has not reduced. It's still sore, hard, and covers the whole left lip. I have tried using alcohol, witch hazel, shea butter, petroleum jelly. I can't tell whats working or how alarmed should I be. The swelling has only happened once but didn't cover as much area. What should I do now? Or continue doing and for how long?
