Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Cold Sores From Exposure To Sun

Hi, I was out in the sun on saturday (today is tuesday) and i burnt my forhead as it was quite red. last night my forhead seemed slightly swollen and today seems to have swollen more, i feel pressure where it is swollen and a couple of time felt slightly dizzy when i stand up. Also i have come up with cold sores all across my top lip and i felt a lump under my chin/thraot and a smaller one next to it. please can you suggest anything to take?
