Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Irritation On My Face

Hello, we were painting the outside of a house with a airless sprayer and the paint gun got away from me and sprayed the side of my face, went into my eye. Now I have a mild ear ache, tension on the side of my neck, the one side of my face is red and swollen and iritated. Should I go to the ER or take some meds???
