Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Itching In Toes

On my left foot the toe next to my big toe has become very swollen over a couple of days,has made all my toes swollen now,even tho i ve elevated it the swelling didnt change,it looks like theres a band thats slightly higher of swelling around the one toe,it hurts to scratch it if itches from swelling,now today the same with my big toe now,this morning is the first time that toe next to big one has slight red spot on top close to where my toes come from foot,i looked at it with a magnifiying glass light theres no sign of puncture marks on my skin this has been since thursday last week,at same time i though maybe i slept wrong but at same time back of my back of neck hurts to move it looking side to side or over shoulder looking,just looking downward,its constant doesnt let up or ease from taking ibphrophen either.please help kinda getting worried here now
